3. Estimates, Inspections, and Project Agreements

A website submission, phone call, preliminary discussion, automated confirmation, or appointment request does not create a construction contract or obligate either party to proceed. Availability, scope, pricing, scheduling, specifications, warranty coverage, and payment terms must be confirmed in a separate written proposal or Service Agreement.
